I was having issues with my pilot light, on my water heater, staying on. Miguel came to the house and helped to assist me with getting the pilot light lit. Miguel was courteous, nice and willing to answer any questions. Their ability to come to my house within a short window was very helpful. I will use them again if ever I need a plumber!!!

​We have an old steam boiler system. Most plumbers look at it and run away. Custom Plumbing of Arizona did a fantastic job with the boiler repair and routine maintenance. They really know their stuff.

I called about a water leak near my meter, and Custom Plumbing of Arizona quickly diagnosed it as an underground mainline leak where the PVC pipe connected to the gate valve at the meter. The repair was no small job — the line was buried nearly three feet deep — but Mark worked tirelessly to excavate the area and properly stub up the line with copper, reconnecting the service line to the meter the right way.

​The pilot light kept going out on the water heater. The water heater repair was straightforward. The technician cleaned the burner assembly, and it’s been working perfectly ever since.
