Denis was amazing! he & his partner worked their fingers to the bone to get through my slab & fix the plumbing under there in time for us to take showers & use the commode so we could get some sleep before I had to get up early for work! We were both working overtime this week getting things done! Efficient, clean & friendly while working with my weird schedule.

Had a foul smell that needed to be taken care of between disposal and dishwasher.Daniel and his sidekick, (I forgot his name) were very knowledgeable and efficient. Replaced a hose and cleaned out the debris and voila-smells gone and problem solved. I would definitely recommend their plumbing services!!

We used Custom plumbing of Arizona to upgrade our plumbing in our bathrooms. They were awesome and provided excellent results. Johnny and his assistants were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything clean when they left. Johnny made suggestions for our bathroom remodel that I hadn't thought of and I used! We would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

A shout-out to plumbers Gene,Brandon and Vince for one of the most difficult pulls of underground drain lines from three bathrooms and a kitchen during our hottest summer ever! Gene just finished installing a new garbage disposal at my request. And yes they showed up to work wearing Covid masks totally respecting me and my property. Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. I contacted Custom Plumbing and they were out the next day and ON TIME. Jose was very professional, came in and assessed the issue, grabbed his tool and the job was done within a couple of minutes. I looked on Angie's List first thing in the morning for a plumber and they gave me Custom Plumbing of Arizona, l put my information in and received a call from them within minutes. They were able to come out same day and they were prompt. What we thought was going to be an expensive job turned out to be a simple fix, we are grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber..

Custom Plumbing of Arizona was exceptionally responsive. They called within 1 minute of my request for assistance with a clogged irrigation conduit in my yard.

They arranged to have a plumber, Daniel Pyle, at my home before the end of the day to assess the issue and map out a plan for repair.

Daniel was prompt, professional and provided an exceptional assessment of the problem.

He arrange to return the next day with a specialty tool -- water jet -- to address the problem. He arrived as scheduled and within 1/2 hour had the issue fixed. He came and went so quickly it was almost like he wasn't there, except that my irrigation pipe was no longer clogged!

It should be noted that my issue was not an immediate emergency. Had it been, there is no doubt that Custom Plumbing of Arizona and Daniel would have addressed it on the same day.

The experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona and particularly Daniel Pyle was five stars across the board. One added thought for those reading this review, when you have an extraordinary job like a clogged 60 foot irrigation pipe, it requires either an irrigation specialist or a plumbing service with broad skill. Arizona Custom Plumbing is one such company and is able to tackle just about any issue you may have -- with the possible exception of an alligator in your toilet or boa constrictor in your bathtub!

Integrity, professionalism, expedient above and beyond service apply to the owner, Vincent Hils, and his plumber, Ignacio Saenz. My master bathroom jacuzzi tub was making a strange sound that sounded like running water while not in use. It was early Monday and our usual big name plumbing company was called. The technician arrived in the afternoon and diagnosed that there was indeed a leak under the jacuzzi tub, but explained that I would have to arrange for the tub to be removed. I called a second big name plumbing company for a second opinion, a technician came over, and we were given the same diagnosis with me having to remove the tub. It was now Monday evening so the water had to be be turned off all night while my husband and I began our search for a company to remove the tub, but without success. Tuesday morning our son-in-law recommended contacting Custom Plumbing of AZ. Ignacio came out Tuesday afternoon and confirmed the diagnosis, but said it was an issue to claim with our home owners insurance company. Both of the other two plumbing companies did NOT state that as an option. Ignacio promised we'd have the water turned back that day and he immediately contacted a recommended restoration company. A technician arrived within 20 minutes, our insurance was called, the claim started, and the removal of the tub occurred that evening. When finished, Ignacio from Custom Plumbing came back to my home at 8:30pm to fix the leak! He was at my home until nearly midnight because it was a very involved repair. Ignacio refused to give up because he promised earlier in the day that we would have running water! That kind of work ethic is rare today! The final bill was very reasonable too! I am so grateful and will definitely use Custom Plumbing of AZ again!

I had Custom Plumbing of AZ replace my water heater at my business and they did a great job! It was a pretty tough job as our hot water heater is in an elevated position but they did an awesome job. I definitely recommend them for your next project.

Identified through Homeadvisor to replace a bathroom sink cartridge.
Cartridge could not be removed so Moen sent me a new valve body.
But they sent the wrong valve body twice and we did not know that until Custom Plumbing had made two trips. Johnny was professional and cool headed and the third time we got the correct valve body and he installed it and it is working fine. Very impressed with Johnny, and the other company personnel we have been in communication with over the nearly two months to get this resolved. Very pleased!

We had our main water line bust on a Sunday. When we called, the receptionist ( I think it was Cece) was so very nice and understanding and worked around their busy schedule for the day to have someone come out same day. Keith showed up only a few hours later and saved the day. Great customer service!! We will definitely stay with this company for any future plumbing needs. Thank you all!

It's never fun to have major plumbing nightmares, but when you do call Custom Plumbing! They are an honest, professional, and reliable company to work with. I was extremely impressed with Cody as he was the first person I worked with. he was very thorough in checking out my home and entire plumbing system and was able to identify areas that needed improvement along with diagnosing and troubleshooting the more major problems I had going on. I was quite stressed to learn my super old drain lines needed a complete replacement which meant jackhammering the floors and complete drain replacement, but Custom took complete care of my plumbing needs and got my house back in order within a few days! They showed up when they said they would and finished on time as promised. I would definitely recommend and call Custom Plumbing in the future.

Daniel made it here late afternoon but worked late to complete our job! He was courteous, clearly laid out the scope of the work and costs, and answered my questions cheerfully.

I usually do my own stuff when it comes to fixing the drains and pluming but this one had me stumped on a rental property I have. These guys sounded inexpensive so I figured I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did; the technician's name was Dillon, he was courteous, professional and quickly got the problem solved and the company charged an incredibly reasonable price for level of effort they provided. highly recommended

Had a plumbing issue and this company came right away. Nash came not one but twice and was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I would recommend CUSTOM PLUMBING OF ARIZONA.

Had a sewer line backup early evening. Tried calling a few of the firms that offered 24 hour service with no answers. Tried Angies List and Custom came up so gave it a shot. Custom called within a few minutes and scheduled Nash to show up that night. Nash kept me informed of his progress and showed up when expected. Nash was friendly and let me know what to expect. Cleared the drain and recommended that I get a camera down the line to see what the issue was. Scheduled for Jason to run a camera in the line. Jason also kept me apprised if when he would be at the house. Jason showed up as scheduled, explained what he was doing as we watched the camera. Explained what needed to be done to fix he issue and gave an estimate. Have to save money to fix the issue, but at this point have no reason not to use Custom again. The estimate was lower than what some of my neighbors paid for similar work so seems reasonable.

Contacted Angieslist.com looking for a plumber to come out and repair two outside hose bibs in which the hoses were stripped and I couldn't remove them. Custom Plumbing of Arizona called me within minutes and came out the same day. They replaced the hose bibs and solved the leaking within about twenty minutes. Price was $275 for two hose bib replacements and I had to throw out the old hoses myself. Would've given five stars but I thought the price was a bit high. Their office people are professional and the worker was polite.

Through no fault of his own, Johnny came back three times in order to install a kitchen faucet that would work correctly. The company that we bought our faucet from had a lifetime warranty, so just put a replacement in and no problems, right?

Wrong! The manufacturer cut costs by changing the inner parts which changed the turning circumference of this model.

The first time here, Johnny was on time- early actually- professional and ready to immediately get to work. When he discovered the new faucet's mechanisms would no longer work, he recommended that I contact the company, explain what he patiently demonstrated to me to be the issue, and request that they offer a different style that would rectify the issue.

Johnny said that since it wasn't my fault that this model no longer would work, he was willing to come back and reinstall the next replacement faucet for no charge.

Unfortunately, the rep from the manufacturer neither understood my request, and refused to send a different model believing that the one I received was simply defective and the quality was still superior.

The second time, Johnny came out with George and was surprised to hear why the same improper faucet was delivered. But, as he had promised, the two of them got to work. Only this time, they went only far enough to be sure this one would turn properly. It didn't! As he'd known, Johnny said the hex nut design was changed and would never turn properly for our double sink. I called the company immediately with the two of them here. Going above and beyond, he stayed and guided me through the conversation with another rep in the Dominican Republic in order to get them to send a proper style or model in the same price range. Obviously, with George and Johnny listening to the call, Johnny was becoming aware of my frustrations.

Johnny graciously offered to speak personnelly to this rep in hopes that he would understand a plumber better than a woman. (Cultural differences as well as language barriers were a big obstacle.) This phone call was dragged out numerous times for clarification and approval from a higher authority in the company. This time spent on the call, was costing Custom Plumbing valuable time, as well as mine.

Finally, the company agreed to send what Johnny had requested in the first place. His calm, professional and patient voice no doubt was a major factor in getting this cooperation. The problem was, we would once again, need to wait for the next replacement to arrive, then have Johnny return again to install.

As usual, Johnny came on time, professionally prepared to get the job done as quickly as possible. He's been here so often that our dog, Thorn, greeted him like an old friend! Since Johnny had thoroughly taught me what to look for, I did my extensive research so I knew that I would undoubtedly order a style that would work. And the third time, it worked!

I understand that their motto is complete satisfaction, which we finally acquired, but Custom Plumbing couldn't keep coming back for free. They were very accommodating by charging me a reasonable service charge instead of the standard full fees most other companies may have.
I can't tell you how much Johnny's professionalism, as well as his friendly demeanor, kept me calm during a domino effect of blunders by the manufacturer.
We are preparing to start more home improvements and I'm so glad that I know Johnny will be returning to do an exceptional job once again. And again, as long as we need an honest plumber!
