I had a sewer back up and had a rooter company come out and they told me I needed to replace my sewer for 30k. I got a second opinion from Custom Plumbing of Arizona and I didn't need to replace all my sewer lines just the outside main line for 10k, they hydrojetted my inside lines and my sewer is fixed and I saved 20k. Thank you Jessie and Custom Plumbing for your honesty and quality work at a fair price. I'll never call another plumber company, I highly recommend if I could leave 10 star review I would. 🙂

I'm very pleased with the outcome of my late night urgent plumbing issue. The T- Head fixture popped off of the brass hose bibb via an external faucet after watering plants. Cause not clearly known other than the fixture or part(s) may be substandard after family just moved intonour new home 2 weeks ago in Goodyear AZ. David was on-call tonight with Custom Plumbing of AZ. After speaking with the dispatch team, David arrived, examined the issue, provided an agreeable quote, sodered off the orig hose brass bibb & replaced it, tested water flow as well as the required water pressure flow throughout our plumbing lines. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Would highly recommend the company.

Called in and got an appointment. They called when they were on the way. I had a bid from another company for a little less and they beat the price and did a great job. My sewer is not backed up anymore, they dug up the roots and replaced a section. Really happy with Custom Plumbing of Arizona

Jessie Green came to my house on a Sunday to help me with a leak in my old copper pipes in front of my house in PHX. I like to try and be as handy as possible but have never really worked with copper before. I told him that, and he let me sit there with him while he did the repair, narrated and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, and answered all of my questions honestly. Best experience I've ever had with a plumber. I would absolutely ask for Jesse again.

Just had the Specialist Ignasio over helping determine the location of a leak at my place. When doing the free look he stayed for over 2 hours, not stopping till the leak was narrowed down. He explained every step along the way and was very professional the whole time. I recommended this company, the employees have a standard and stick to it. The bar is set at the very top with Custom Plumbing of Arizona.

Was told I had excessive usage of water by water company. Had 3 different companies out to locate said leak. Custom plumbing was the last one arriving after 4pm since I was an add on. Ignasio was fantastic and HE FOUND THE LEAK! Saved me hundreds of dollars. He was attentive and went room by room regardless of being hot and tired from a long day. His determination and willingness to give 110% for the last call was greatly appreciated. He was thorough and explained his process until the very end. I cannot recommend him enough for service.

Brett was polite and careful to give me every option. When I decided what I wanted done, he worked to complete the job the same day. Very capable and thorough. He definitely went the extra mile to help me. Really appreciated him.

My toilet wouldnot flush for nothing , Frank came to the rescue and made sure it was flushing better than I ever seen a toilet flush. Definitely would recommend his service!!!

He does not cut any corners, and uses top notch products with great skill. His greatest goals are a superior installation and a satisfied customer.
