My experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona has been top-notch! I had an emergency on my drainage system and called them, they arrived immediately and delivered a top notch service by fixing our drain. I highly recommend them for your drain cleaning needs!!!!!

Brett arrived at my house quickly and were ready to go. Very polite and just a nice guy. Got my drain unplugged and we were back up and running. Excellent follow up and response time.

Custom Plumbing came out and took care of my water leak under my house. The plumber was great. Nowadays it's really hard to find somebody that will take their time with taking care of the issue carefully.

I was having issues with my pilot light, on my water heater, staying on. Miguel came to the house and helped to assist me with getting the pilot light lit. Miguel was courteous, nice and willing to answer any questions. Their ability to come to my house within a short window was very helpful. I will use them again if ever I need a plumber!!!

​We have an old steam boiler system. Most plumbers look at it and run away. Custom Plumbing of Arizona did a fantastic job with the boiler repair and routine maintenance. They really know their stuff.

I called about a water leak near my meter, and Custom Plumbing of Arizona quickly diagnosed it as an underground mainline leak where the PVC pipe connected to the gate valve at the meter. The repair was no small job — the line was buried nearly three feet deep — but Mark worked tirelessly to excavate the area and properly stub up the line with copper, reconnecting the service line to the meter the right way.

​The pilot light kept going out on the water heater. The water heater repair was straightforward. The technician cleaned the burner assembly, and it’s been working perfectly ever since.

​Needed a new water heater thermostat. The Water Heater Repair was quick, clean, and professional. The tech even drained a bit of the sediment out of the tank for me as a courtesy.
